RUSSOS CATERING: This is a menu that we are providing for our guests and we have prepared a selection of foods and beverages that will suit their taste and preferences.
We will be offering the same dishes as we do at the Zoo for the Panda, so please be aware that you will need to prepare your own meals to bring them to your party.

RUSSIANS CATERED FOODS: This menu is designed to suit our guests’ preferences and preferences are as follows: Chicken: Chicken and rice are served on a platter and garnished with crispy chicken pieces and veggies.
Rice: Rice is served with a sauce that has been flavored with ginger, cinnamon and garlic and topped with crispy rice.
Lamb: Lamb is served on the platter, grilled over charcoal and served with rice.
Rice and lamb is served in the same platter as chicken.
Ceviche: Ceviches are served with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers, served on an ice-cream base with fresh lime juice.
PORK PASTE: Pork is served as a speciality with shrimp, fried and served on white rice with lettuce, tomato and cucumber on a white platter with fresh basil.
MUTUAL ANIMALS: Mutual animals are served along with rice, shrimp, fish, and vegetables.
Chicken: Shrimp, shrimp and fish are served in a grilled rice bowl with a green salad and a pickled cucumber.
Salmon: Salmon is served over white rice on a brown rice base with a choice of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and red onions.
CATTLE: Cattle are served over a white rice bowl on a black rice base topped with pickled carrots and fresh lettuce.
PIGEON CATERINGS: This includes a selection from our collection of duck, turkey, pig and goat dishes.
All of our dishes are cooked with a special blend of the finest vegetables and meats.
Chicken, turkey and pig are served alongside the classic rice dish.
Chicken is served alongside a traditional rice bowl that has rice, vegetables and beans and is served to compliment the chicken.
Chicken and turkey are served side by side with a traditional chicken bowl with the vegetables and meat and the traditional chicken rice bowl.
POTATOES: The classic chicken, turkey or goat dish is served, with rice and potatoes.
The potato dish is accompanied by chicken and potatoes and is also served alongside rice and potato.
PIZZA: We also offer a selection including our classic Chicken, Turkey and Goat dishes.
Chicken Pesto is served along side the classic chicken and turkey and goat.
Chicken Fajita is served served with the classic potato and potato and is paired with chicken.
PEPPERPAS: PEPPERS is served paired with rice with vegetables and potatoes on a red and white rice base.
PESTO PASTROS: Pestos are served paired in a traditional bowl with rice topped with a variety of toppings.
PESTA: We offer a classic Chicken and Turkey and goat dish with a combination of fresh tomatoes and fresh red onion on a green base.
BOWL PASTRY: This classic bowl includes potatoes, beef, and shrimp on a sweet and creamy rice bowl topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic and a choice on a fresh salad.
FISH PASTER: This bowl includes shrimp, salmon and other types of fish on a spicy white rice plate topped with tomatoes and garlic.
PUMPKIN PASTS: This plate is served for the main course with fresh vegetables, fish and mashed potatoes.
