Wegman’s ice cream will open its second restaurant in Dublin on Christmas Eve, the restaurant’s owner said on Friday.
It will be called the Ice Cream Palace, with the menu of classic and new flavours expected to be inspired by the ice cream that it makes at its Dublin headquarters.
In December last year, Wegmann’s Dublin opened its first new restaurant in nearly 20 years, and the firm said in October it would expand its business in the city.
Its first new location opened in 2014, and its new location in Dublin was the first new Wegmans restaurant in the country.
Wegmans has now opened 12 new restaurants across the country in the past year, with a further seven opening this week.
