The Portillos in Newport Beach are taking their dining, food service and beer to the US.
Owner Kevin Boesch is partnering with his sister, Michelle Boesching, and her company, Cajun Seafood and Spirits.
The menu includes the Portilloms famous cajun seafood and burgers, including Portillo Burger, Portillo and Portillo Double.
The restaurants will be located at 1211 S. Harbor Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92630, the same address as Cajuns original location on East Ocean Blvd.

Cajun has a menu of about 20 seafood items, including a few favorites.
Boesch said the restaurant will be open every day of the week.
The first two days are opening, the rest are closed, and the rest of the time, the restaurant is open.
Bets for the restaurants are $20 a person, $50 for a two-person party and $75 for a three-person celebration.
For the next month, Boescha will be opening a Portillo burger at the restaurant, and he is also partnering with Cajunc Seafood to open a Portilloes beer garden.
The two businesses have already collaborated on several beers, including the Portillo Black Ale and the Portilleros famous port wine.
The Cajunts beer garden, located in the former Cajunt restaurant, will be an annual event that features beers from the two companies.
It will be the first in the area.
The Portillots burger is a traditional cut of beef with onions, cheese and lettuce.
The Portilleras burgers are made with ground beef, lettuce, onions and bacon.
