The main thing is to use the food that is available in your area, preferably organic and sustainably grown.
You can also get some locally grown produce, or make your very own food at home with a blender or a mortar and pestle.
If you have access to a food bank, then you can also donate food items to local food banks to help them with their food needs.
You will need a blender, mortar and pincers or a knife, and a bowl to prepare your food.
You should be able to do this without using a food processor, though, as the food will not be quite as smooth as if you were using a bowl.
Here is how to make a simple but very satisfying curry:To make a basic curry, you can make one, or two, or even three different kinds of the same dish, and they can all be cooked in the same bowl.
Make sure you buy all the ingredients for the curry:1 cup flour2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon coriander2 teaspoons red chili flakes (or ground cumin)2 teaspoons cayenne powder2 teaspoons ground turmeric1 teaspoon ground cayoan2 teaspoons black pepper2 tablespoons water, enough to cover the bowl (the amount depends on the size of the bowl you are using)1.
Mix all the spices in a bowl, and set aside.2.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.3.
Add the water and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.4.
When the water has reached the desired temperature, add the flour, salt and coriand stir well to combine.5.
Add cayanne powder, turmeric and cumin and stir well.6.
Add water and cook the curry for about 2-3 minutes, until the gravy thickens and starts to thicken.7.
Remove from the heat.8.
To serve, sprinkle with black pepper and serve on a bed of rice.
