Costco will begin offering seasonal outdoor catering at its US stores, starting this fall.
The outdoor catering will come at a cost of $6.99 a week for the first two weeks of the year, according to a release from the company.
Costco is the first large retailer to offer seasonal outdoor dining options, a product that’s been gaining popularity for the past several years, particularly in the West.
The olive garden offerings will start in September and continue through December, according the release.
Costco already offers seasonal outdoor food for people who need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the Olive Garden seasonal offering expands that offering to include more than 100 seasonal offerings.
Costo also announced it’s adding new seasonal dining options to its existing dining offerings, including more than 80 new outdoor dining spots to be available in New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas and other areas.
The new offerings include more outdoor dining venues, a bar and grill, and more than 200 indoor dining venues.
